<p>Малко смешно ми стана да го видя този валидатор в този му вид след целия медиен цирк, който се състоя покрай пускането на електронната система за отчитане в СКГТ. От тая снимка, май единственото добро е, че СКГТ ползват FOSS софтуер (или поне както е видно, че въпросната джаджа е с Линукс ядро 2.6.22)</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>For almost a week now on one of Sofia&#8217;s download streets there are barriers with RFID chips. They are removable, automatic and only allow the vehicles of the Public Transportation to pass. There was a quite a bit of debate on whether these barriers needed to be put there. The debate between the Sofia mayor and the Minister of Interior lead to the situation that the traffic police, the fire command and more or less almost all emergency services to not having the RFID chips and hence no access to this street.</p>
<p>Here is a little photo coverage (photos taken by my father last week) on how a car of th fire command managed to overcome the difficulty of not having the chip:</p>
