Resolutions 2006/2007
At the very last day of every year it is usually when I’m making some New Year’s resolutions for the year to follow. Today is the same. The whole day, consciously or not, I have been doing some review of what happened with me and around me this year.
Frankly speaking, the year of 2006 was not the best year I have ever had so far. It is true that I achieved some quite substantial things, such as the creation of the Sofia Leo Club, managed to be the person in-charge of the technical part of a major business/political conference and much more. It is also true that 2006 is the year where I lost quite a few things, including some beloved ones that are no longer with me. Many things are true and for good or bad are for real.
That’s why when I make my resolutions this year, I break my little tradition of having the set up goals and aims, which I got to tackle in the coming year. No, this year is different. My only goal, if can be named so, is to be truly me in every endeavor I take. I’m planning on going back to what used to be my way of perception of the world when I was in high school – the „Carpe diem“ principle.
Well, I would like to wish you that for the new year you think of some resolutions that you can really do during the year. Also, I would like to wish you all the best during the 2007 – the year when Bulgaria adds the „.eu“ to its status!
