Structure cabling in Sofia

This photo I took yesterday on my way to the office of host.bg. It is astounding how cable operators, particularly LAN & cable TV operators, have set their infrastructure. From the photo you can see that there is hardly, even none, thought put in how the cable should be. Why this is still that way, even there is bill for this? Well because we are in Bulgaria… you know.
