Mind the Orange!

Do you have a wireless DECT phone? Do you like to place it on your desk, right next to your cup? Yes? Well, don’t do it!

I managed to spill almost a whole cup of orange juice over the earphone. The result – a whole afternoon spent in the center of Pan Service. The guys there did a marvelous job in recovering the phone and now it works.

So now a new rule of thumb on my desk – the distance between the cup and the nearest electrical appliance (PC/phone/etc.) = 2xlength of the cup + 1/3xlength of the device!
