Spam-Free
For the past week or so I’ve noticed that the ammount of spam comments that is going into this blog has increased exponentially. The WordPress’s default comment moderation gets the job, but definitely it’s not the best solution.
That’s why I searched over the WP Plug-in Directory for a better solution. There are several good plugins that do the job well, but this one – Spam Karma 2 – is my favorite. Since yesterday, it has managed to remove 134 spam comments, automatically. And what’s very cool about that plug-in is that at a user-given time, it sends out an email report with what has been moderated and what’s about to be deleted. Very cool!
