Independence Day 2005

Yet another Independence Day Celebration party, organized by AmCham Bulgaria. Yet another well organized event.

This might be two of the heading that might describe this year’s community party and are very true. However, from the insider’s point of view this year the party was a hell lot more difficult to organize giving the weather conditions and some other factors that I don’t want to comment in here. But one thing remains constant throughout the years of organizing it – the fun. This was the 4th year I’m one of the people organizing the event and the second year I’m actually having a couple of people under my supervision while making the preparations. The fun, as I mentioned, was there!

One of the moments that contributed to this fun was that once again we had the U.S. marines at the party, performing the National Colors ceremony. The guys, the actual marines that came to do this were great.

Otherwise, what else to mention in here about the party… it was great. If were there, you probably know that. If not, well make sure you try to come next year ;)
